The printed design on your Santa delivery sack is different to the normal silk screen printing you may be familiar with on other Santa sack you have seen.

The design is printed using flock, a textured material with a velvet / suede type finish and is slightly raised above the surface of the bag. It is same method used on the 100s of t-shirts printed and sold by Utter Apparel here on Etsy.

As each Santa sack is made to order, You can choose to add any name or family member e.g. Grandad, Grandma, Nanny, etc

Each bag is made from 4.1oz/yd² (140gsm) natural cotton and has a lovely soft feel to it.

The sack also has a rope drawstring to the top of the bag allowing Christmas presents to be secured in the bag (to stop any peeking) or to secure the gifts so they are slightly poking out of the bag (as in the main image).

1 - Choose the size of sack from the pull down menu (Small, Medium and Large)

2 - Choose the quantity of sacks you require

3 - Once you have added all of your Santa Sacks to your cart, you then need to proceed to the checkout

4 - During the checkout stage you will see a "Notes To Seller Box", enter the relevant personalized details in the box.

5 - Then proceed to the payment section where you pay by, credit/debit card or Paypal.

6 - After making payment for your order you will receive an email confirming your order.

7 - Once your order is received by Utter Apparel, it will be checked (if there are any mis-configured options or missing personalization information, a convo will be sent to you), otherwise your sack will be printed.

8- When your sack has been printed and dispatched you will receive an email confirming this. If you chose the tracking option at the checkout stage or purchased the tracking upgrade the email will also have the tracking number in it.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details


Exchanges* - If the item is not personalised, a custom order or had the original design modified it can be exchanged if it is the wrong size or colour. You pay to send the item back to us and we send the item back to you free of charge.

Refunds* - Any item that does not have a year printed on it, is not personalised, or is not a custom order or had the original design modified can be returned for a refund. All original packaging must be returned and the item must have the original Utter Apparel tag attached to it.

Cancellation* - Any order can be cancelled up to the point of printing.

Custom items - where you specifically ask for your own design / wording or modification of an existing design to be printed.

Personalised items - all birthday and anniversary items that have a year printed on them, an item which has a name or number printed on it that is unique to the wearer / user.


You have a 21 day window from the time you receive your order to return/exchange it.

If an item qualifies for a refund (i.e. it is not personalised or a custom order or has a year printed on it), you must contact us first to inform us that you wish to have a refund (via your Etsy account). We will then send you a returns form.

If it is a garment it must be returned unworn and unwashed. All items must have the original Utter Apparel tag attached to the item and in the same condition as it was received. Any devaluation of the item due to use or wear will be deducted from the original purchase cost at the time of refund.

Please note that if you purchased a shipping upgrade for your order you will only be entitled to a refund of the cheapest shipping cost available at the time of ordering.

If the returned item is part of a multiple order, just the cost the item will be refunded, no original postage cost will be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs when they return an item for a refund.

For personalised and custom items, you can only cancel your order up to commencement of printing. Once the item has been printed, it cannot be cancelled.

For items that are not customised or personalised they can be cancelled up to the point they are packaged ready for shipping. After shipping has occurred you will have to wait until you receive it and then request a refund (see refunds section).

To request a cancellation please contact us via your Etsy account, quoting the order number.

If an item is damaged upon receipt or you have received the wrong garment/size to that what you ordered (even though quality assurance measures are in place, Andrew & Samantha are only human and on a very rare day make a mistake), please contact us if there is a problem with your garment upon arrival.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Utter Apparel is not responsible for delays due to customs.
