This Sherlock T-shirt is inspired by the BBC's Sherlock, Festive episode "The Abominable Bride". The shirt has a soft feel to the touch and like all of my t-shirts they are of high end retail quality.

SIZES, STYLES, COLOURS,

- Colours; 12 colours to choose from (depending upon fit)
- 100% cotton pre shrunk shirt (except Antique Cherry Red and Sport Grey which are 90% cotton and 10% polyester)
- Wash inside out at 40 degrees Celsius and tumble dry on low heat.

PRINTED DESIGN
Design will be printed in white except on a white t-shirt, when it will be printed in black. If you want to amend the wording on the design, just leave a note in the "notes to seller box during the checkout stage"

Payments

No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received and confirmation from the payment processing Company that the payment has been cleared.

Utter Apparel does not see any credit card information relating to a transaction.

Please note the above times are based on average delivery times calculated from past orders. From time to time delays can occur due to bad weather, customs clearance or due to large volumes of mail at certain times of year like Christmas. Regrettably there is nothing that can be done to avoid such delays as they are outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

SUMMARY
==========

Exchanges* - If the item is not personalised, a custom order or had the original design modified it can be exchanged if it is the wrong size or colour. You pay to send the item back to us and we send the item back to you free of charge.

Refunds* - Any item that does not have a year printed on it, is not personalised, or is not a custom order or had the original design modified can be returned for a refund. All original packaging must be returned and the item must have the original Utter Apparel tag attached to it.

Cancellation* - Any order can be cancelled up to the point of printing.

DEFINITIONS RELATING TO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
=====================================================
Custom items - where you specifically ask for your own design / wording or modification of an existing design to be printed.

Personalised items - all birthday and anniversary items that have a year printed on them, an item which has a name or number printed on it that is unique to the wearer / user.


CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
==========================================

You have a 21 day window from the time you receive your order to return/exchange it.

If an item qualifies for a refund (i.e. it is not personalised or a custom order or has a year printed on it), you must contact us first to inform us that you wish to have a refund (via your Etsy account). We will then send you a returns form.

If it is a garment it must be returned unworn and unwashed. All items must have the original Utter Apparel tag attached to the item and in the same condition as it was received. Any devaluation of the item due to use or wear will be deducted from the original purchase cost at the time of refund.

Please note that if you purchased a shipping upgrade for your order you will only be entitled to a refund of the cheapest shipping cost available at the time of ordering.

If the returned item is part of a multiple order, just the cost the item will be refunded, no original postage cost will be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs when they return an item for a refund.

CANCELLATION
===============
For personalised and custom items, you can only cancel your order up to commencement of printing. Once the item has been printed, it cannot be cancelled.

For items that are not customised or personalised they can be cancelled up to the point they are packaged ready for shipping. After shipping has occurred you will have to wait until you receive it and then request a refund (see refunds section).

To request a cancellation please contact us via your Etsy account, quoting the order number.


DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
==============================
If an item is damaged upon receipt or you have received the wrong garment/size to that what you ordered (even though quality assurance measures are in place, Andrew & Samantha are only human and on a very rare day make a mistake), please contact us if there is a problem with your garment upon arrival.

We offer a range of tees for woman, each having their own style of fit and measurements.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come with an Utter Apparel tag attached and are contained in their own protective packaging which is separate to the outer mailing bag.
